In this guide we'll help you to apply Intelligent Quality Assurance to an Inspection.


to identify spelling errors, missing data, deviations from your Organisation's Fast Fill template responses, add review comments and actions, and view an audit trail for each Test.

You can also Apply Quality Assurance to an Inspection via a Report. This will allow you to review multiple inspections at the same time.

Instructions

  1. Open the Web Application

  2. Navigate to your Inspections using the main navigation panel

  3. Select an Inspection

  4. Click on the Results tab at the top of the screen.

  5. Turn on Edit mode using the toggle switch at the top of the screen

    Review Fast Fill deviations

  6. Turn on or off the Fast Fill quality assurance tool using the switch at the top of the screen.

    When this tool is enabled any results in an Observations, Recommendations, or Paragraph Text Custom Field that deviate from your Fast Fill responses for that field will be highlighted. You can click in to a field to manually update the result.

    Review Spelling

  7. Turn on or off the Spelling quality assurance tool using the switch at the top of the screen.

    When this tool is enabled any spelling errors visible will be highlighted. You can click in to a field to manually update the result.

    Review Missing Data

  8. Turn on or off the Missing Data quality assurance tool using the switch at the top of the screen.

    When this tool is enabled any compulsory fields that are incomplete will be highlighted. You can click in to a field to manually update the result.

    Review Comments

  9. Turn on or off the Comments quality assurance tool using the switch at the top of the screen. You can toggle between All Comments, and My Comments by clicking on the switch.

    When this tool is enabled you can view, create, tag, and close comments on each Test. You can click in to any field to manually update the result.

    Review Audit Trail

  10. Turn on or off the Audit Trail quality assurance tool using the switch at the top of the screen.

    When this tool is enabled you can view the audit trail for each Test.
