Overview
Fast Fills are a pre-approved templated statements available for quick insertion in to specific fields of any Test on the Mobile Inspection Application.
Fast Fills can be used in the Observations, Recommendations and Custom Paragraph Text Fields.
Fast Fills can be created when configuring a Test Suite on the Web Application and also, when permitted, while creating a Test.
Fast Fills are not limited in number and can be hyper-specific when linked to the setup of a specific field, a Test Suite, or a Test Specification.
In the future, you'll be able to link Fast Fills to specific Elements and Sub Elements as part of an Element Group.
Anyone member of an Organisation with access to the Test Suite or Element Group a Fast Fill has been attached to will be able to use them.
