Intelligent Quality Assurance (iQA) is a set of automated tools that help users to categorise tests for review, identify missing data, review text that doesn't match organisation approved language, highlight spelling errors, and manage the inclusion and exclusion of specific data from Reports.

iQA is applied to every individual Test included in an Inspection, or a Report either through a WYSIWYG (what-you-see-is-what-you-get) view of your report, or through a RapidQA workflow.

RapidQA is a dedicated quality assurance workflow that helps users rapidly resolve all of the quality issues on each test flagged by the iQA tools.

Served on a seperate screen to the results, RapidQA will filter-in and serve the user any test that has missing data, text that doesn't match organisation approved language, and any test that has been excluded from a report because it is not saved as "Final".

Users can resolve quality issues test by test in real-time, fast, with the goal of emptying the review queue.

The Missing Data tool ensures users record all of the information required by a Test Suite.

During an inspection the Missing Data tool flags incomplete compulsory fields on the Mobile Inspection Application and during review on the Web Application the Missing Data tool flags incomplete compulsory fields.

Users are required to complete the fields fully before they can save a test as QA or Final (and include that Test it in a Report).

The Fast Fill tool reviews text in any field where a Fast Fill was available and highlights text that does not match the available Fast Fill.

Users have the option to edit or remove the non-conforming text, or accept the text as-is to include the Test in a Report. Users can also transform that text in to a new Fast Fill to be added to the relevant Test Suite or Element Group.

The Excluded Tests tool filters-in all Tests that are not ready to be included in a Report. Tests that are Excluded will be colour-flagged for resolution of errors with Missing Data, Fast Fill errors, or Tests that have not been saved as Final status.

The Mobile Inspection Application and Web Application continually review text in real-time as it is entered and flag spelling errors in real-time for resolution by the user.
