In this guide we'll help you to create a new Fast Fill during an Inspection.
👉 You can add, edit and remove Fast Fill's when configuring a Test Suite at any time.
Create a new Fast Fill during an Inspection using the Web Application
Instructions
Create a new Fast Fill via the Inspections Module
Login to the Web Application
Select Inspections on the main navigation panel on the left
Click on an Inspection
Select the Results tab
Click on the New Test button (or use an existing Test)
Select a field where Fast Fills are available (and can be added during an Inspection)
Click the Insert Fast Fill button
Add text to the field
Click the + Create button
Your Fast Fill has now been created.
Create a new Fast Fill via the Reports Module
Login to the Web Application
Select Reports on the main navigation panel on the left
Click on a Draft Report
Select the Results tab
Click on the New Test button (or use an existing Test)
Select a field where Fast Fills are available (and can be added during an Inspection)
Click the Insert Fast Fill button
Add text to the field
Click the + Create button
Your Fast Fill has now been created.
Create a new Fast Fill during an Inspection using the Mobile Inspection Application

Create a new Fast Fill via a new Test
Open the Mobile Inspection Application
Select New Test on the main navigation panel
Select an Inspection
Select a Test
Select a field where Fast Fills are available (and can be added during an Inspection)
Add text to the field
Highlight the text
Click the Add Fast Fill button on the keyboard popup
Edit the text
Click Save
Your Fast Fill has now been created.
Create a new Fast Fill via an existing Test
Open the Mobile Inspection Application
Select Inspections on the main navigation panel
Select an Inspection
Select a Test
Select a field where Fast Fills are available (and can be added during an Inspection)
Highlight text in the field
Click the Add Fast Fill button on the keyboard popup
Edit the text
Click Save
Your Fast Fill has now been created.
