In this guide we'll help you to configure a Test Suite (General).


Configure a Test Suite (General) using the Web Application

Instructions

  1. Login to the Web Application

  2. Navigate to Test Suites using the main navigation panel

  3. Click on a Test Suite

  4. Select the Fields Tab.

Configure Test Fields

Configure your Test Fields to determine what information to capture when creating a Test during an Inspection and creating a Report. You can include or exclude fields, and make fields compulsory or optional.

Standard Fields

Compliance Test Suites include the following standard fields.

Asset Field**

Select an Asset.

Select the location of the Test.

Select an Element type, identifier and name.

Observations Field*

Capture manual or Fast Fill observations.

Recommendations Field*

Capture manual or Fast Fill recommendations.

Photographs*

Add, edit and attach photographs to a test.

*Indicates the field must be included

**Indicates the field must be compulsory

Custom Fields

You can also add any of the following Custom Fields as required.

Field

Capture a single line of text.

Paragraph Text Field

Capture one or more paragraphs of text or insert Fast Fill responses.

Short Number Field

Capture a single number with a specified maximum number of decimal places.

Date Field

Capture a single date.

List

Select one or more items from an expandable list (including the option to add to the list during Inspections).

Toggle Switch

Select On or Off

Check Box

Select Check or Uncheck

Radio Button List

Check one item off a list.
