In this guide we’ll help you create a new Test.
👉 You can save a Test as Final, QA, Draft and Archive.
You can always save your test as Archive and Draft. You'll only be able to save your test as QA or Final when all compulsory fields are complete.
A test will need to be saved as Final to be included in your Published Reports.
Create a new Test using the Web Application

Create a new Test via the Inspections Module
Login to the Web Application
Select Inspections on the main navigation panel on the left
Click on an Inspection
Select the Results tab
Click on the New Test button
Add information by clicking in to a field
Click Archive, Draft, QA or Final to save the Test
Your Test has now been created.
Create a new Test via the Reports Module
Login to the Web Application
Select Reports on the main navigation panel on the left
Click on a Draft Report
Select the Results tab
Click on the New Test button
Add information by clicking in to a field
Click Archive, Draft, QA or Final to save the Test
Your Test has now been created.
Create a new test on the Mobile Inspection Application
📶 You can complete Inspections (including creating and editing Tests) without access to the internet on the Mobile Inspection Application.
Instructions
Open the Mobile Inspection Application
Select New Test on the main navigation panel
Add information by clicking in to a field
Click Archive, Draft, QA or Final to save the Test
Your Test has now been created.
