In this guide, we'll help you to understand how to use the Mobile Inspection Application to complete Inspections without an internet connection.
Working Offline
The Mobile Inspection Application will work without an internet connection.
Specifically, you'll be able to Create a new Test/s and Update an existing Test/s for any Inspection that is on the Offline Inspection List.
The Offline Inspection List will always automatically include your most recently opened Inspection, and any extra Inspections that you add.
If you know you'll be working in an area without internet, you can add one or more Inspections to the Offline Inspection List so that they'll be available without internet.
While you are offline, any data that you add will be stored locally on your phone and uploaded to Raytd's secure cloud next time you have the Mobile Inspection Application open and an active internet connection.
Changes to your data on the cloud will be made on a latest-revision applies basis, so if you have multiple collaborators editing data, the latest changes received by the cloud will apply.

Add an Inspection to the Offline Inspection List
Open the Mobile Inspection Application
Select Inspections on the main navigation panel
Select the All or Current list
Swipe left on an Inspection
Click Offline
Your Inspection is listed on the Offline Inspection List and is available for use at any time when you have no internet connection.
Remove an Inspection from the Offline Inspection List
Open the Mobile Inspection Application
Select Inspections on the main navigation panel
Select the Offline list
Swipe left on an Inspection
Click Remove
Your Inspection has been removed from the Offline Inspection List.
